Thank goodness for a Thai place that actually makes food spicy! For context, I've developed a high spice tolerance over the past few years by cooking spicy Indian food at home (I make recipes from Whisk Affair blog and her YouTube/TikTok channels and I tend to add a lot of chile powder and chiles). It's made it so hard to find food out that tastes spicy at all relative to what I cook at home. I keep going to Thai restaurants and asking for their spiciest level of food and it barely seems spicy to me. This place, I ordered a Kaeng Pa (jungle curry) on doordash at level 9 and it was actually spicy! This is a solid level of spiciness. I'm so grateful to have at least once place in Vegas that makes actually spicy food for people who like spicy. The food was also so fresh and full of vegetables and leaves and fresh ingredients. the jungle curry is also very light and seems low-calorie (lighter than most Thai curries since it has no coconut milk). I can't wait to try more dishes, and I might update my review as I try more things. I am so excited to order or eat here again.

I feel like it's only right to make a review on a place my family & I order from at least twice a week every week since January. It's the ONLY real Thai food in Henderson (coming from born & raised Southeast Asians). The flavors are so authentic and the portion sizes aren't a joke. I actually get very excited when I ask what's for dinner & someone says they ordered from here. At this point, Mama Pam is part of our family. No pictures because the phone can't eat before we do for this place, but absolutely to order: Beef OR fish penang (10/10. Get it spicy) The fried fish fried rice (100/10. I actually dream about it) Seafood Tom Yum soup (10/10) Dumplings (10/10) And actually everything is delicious. We're trying the spicy fried catfish sometime this week. Gotta pace ourselves or we'll go broke.

One of my favorite Thai place for sure! I have door dash and ate inside couple times . Just barely put in a review lol I love the food. I have no complaints everything my family and i order have been delicious. One of my favorite is the garlic chicken fried rice and crying tiger.. sooo bomb, my husband really like the durian sticky rice dessert , it's pretty good but I love the mango sticky rice which I think they stopped. They have good customer service friendly and the food came fast . The place is small , but very clean ..good vibe . I highly recommend this if you're looking for some good Thai food!!

This hole in the wall restaurant is a gem! The food was so good. Felt very home made. We got the crispy fried chicken fried rice, crying tiget, panang curry and thai coffee. That fried rice was so good you can eat it in its own. The crying tiger was not spicy but it has a small kick. The panang curry was delicious and packed with lotsa veggies. I overheard to try the anchovy fried rice so definitely coming back.

Visited over the weekend and we really enjoyed our experience. The food was very flavorful with generous portions. Service was excellent and attentive as our water glasses were never empty. It was a mom and pop cute restaurant filled with Thai culture in the decor. Love this little gem!

I find that a lot of Thai places in the valley had fallen off the ladder. Places that we used to love no longer taste as good and those that still maintain their quality have gone up in price. We are extremely excited to have found Mama Pam! My friend told me about this place and off we go to try everything we possibly can! Mama Pam is a prime example of a mom and pop shop and they get busy! Be sure to come early for dinner or make reservations. When they are busy, the service can get slow since they don't have a ton of cooks/servers on deck. We've tried a variety of dishes including their pad thai, pad ke mao, roasted duck curry, crispy pork with chinese broccoli, crab fried rice, catfish pad ped, garlic fried chicken fried rice, oxtail soup, and durian sticky rice. My absolute favorite is their pad thai. Of course I've never been to Thailand so I can't say what is authentic or not but their pad thai is probably the best that I've had in Vegas. It had the perfect blend of savory, tangy, and sweet. I typically don't order crab fried rice but Mama Pam's crab fried rice comes with an extremely addicting sauce for you to use. It's a tangy and spicy sauce with hints of sweetness to it and goes fantastic with the rice. I honestly need to see if they sell this sauce separately because I want to bring home the whole bottle. Their oxtail soup is also another favorite. It actually reminds me of the "leng saeb" dish, which is pork bone broth with fish sauce, cilantro, garlic, peppers, and lime. It's extremely delicious with rice. The prices of their dishes are extremely reasonable compared to other Thai establishments. The food is delicious and worth the wait. Definitely recommend them and I can't wait to visit again!
